My coworker made me some GF choc chip cookies recently and they were AMAZING. The texture was so similar to regular wheat flour cookies that I was shocked. Her secret? Jules flour. Apparently the recipe came from this website as well... check it out!
Lisa and I just had some delicious toast this morning... whole foods gluten free bakehouse light, white sandwich bread - it's dairy free as well!
